14.3. The obligation to maintain confidentiality remains in effect even after the contractual relationship between the parties has ended.
14.4. The user agrees to receive information and commercial communications from the Operator related to the Operator's services at the User's email.
14.5. The user agrees to the storage and subsequent collection and analysis of cookies by the Operator.
14.6. Information provided to the Operator by the User in the form of an XML feed is expressly not considered confidential information.
